Pròsper Puig i Brignardelli is a Master Artisan in Food Production and owner of the iconic Cansaladeria Puig, which opened in 1957 on Carrer Gran de Sant Andreu and received the Barcelona Best Shop in the World Award in 2003.
Throughout his life, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to high-quality, locally rooted retail businesses. His dedication has earned him prestigious distinctions, including the Barcelona Medal of Honour in 2018.
