The original bakery first opened its doors to the people of Barcelona in 1879. The Bertran family took over in 1977, under the name MISTRAL. Today, five generations have dedicated their professional lives to upholding the tradition of Catalonia’s finest bakeries, bringing their expertise, creativity and spirit of innovation, and above all, their passion for this noble craft.
