A hands-on, interactive workshop where participants will spend two hours running a real shop. Working in teams, they will analyze the business’s starting situation and make strategic decisions in response to a series of scenarios that will arise throughout the simulation: new skills requirements, changing consumer habits, budget constraints, staffing issues, rising costs, and growth opportunities.
Every decision will have consequences and shape the business’s development right up to the final outcome. The activity combines strategy, teamwork, and decision-making under uncertainty, giving participants first-hand experience of the real challenges of running a local shop.
