A graduate in Education with a specialisation in social education, she has built her career primarily in recruitment and administrative management.During her university years, she combined her studies with work in the hospitality sector. After graduating, she began her career at a training company, where she was responsible for the administrative coordination and monitoring of training programmes and took on her first recruitment responsibilities.
Almost four years ago, she joined Ametller Origen as an Administrative Assistant in the Recruitment Department, before being promoted to Recruitment Specialist. She is currently the main recruitment contact for Barcelona and the Metropolitan Area, responsible for recruiting entry-level staff through the Viver project, the company’s training store, where these employees subsequently receive their training.
