Jon García, an engineer turned chef, left the consulting world in 2018 to train at Bellart and gain experience at La Tasquería, Lera, El Celler de Can Roca and Casa Garras. In 2020, he founded Jon Cake in Barcelona, where he creates cheesecakes that put cheese firmly centre stage.
