DosPunts was born in 2015 in Horta, the neighbourhood where I’ve lived since I was born. It’s the place I call home, and where this project came to life naturally, almost spontaneously, without overthinking it.
Because sometimes, overthinking things holds us back and stops us from making our dreams come true. And as we all know, mums are A L W A Y S right. The advice my mum gave me was: “If you don’t try, you’ll never know if it could work.”
And that was all I needed to take the plunge.
Since then, the little shop on Carrer Horta has grown little by little, becoming a space where creativity, learning and a love of handmade crafts bring more and more people together every day.
Behind the counter, you’ll find me, Alba. I studied Artistic Jewellery at Escola Massana, although I never actually pursued it as a career.
I started studying Fine Arts and Art History, but the dream of running my own shop in my neighbourhood won me over. So, on 2 May 2015, I opened this little shop in the heart of Horta.
