With the participation of experts, the activity will bring together shops and the best consumer practices of retail businesses in the city. It will also offer a new perspective rooted in the Catalan Consumer Code, which considers retailers as consumers too, with their own rights and responsibilities. Ultimately, we advocate for strengthening education and awareness of consumer rights and responsibilities, and for highlighting how local retail contributes to this.
