Parsa Nasehi, originally from Iran and living in Catalonia since 2017, is the manager of Pitarra restaurant in Barcelona and a medical student at the University of Barcelona (UB). Together with his colleagues, CPNL classes have helped him incorporate Catalan into the restaurant’s daily operations.
